Overall everything went well. I did have a couple of issues. The first is that when I came in I told my sales person the exact deal I received form another Infinity dealer and told him if he could match it, I would get the new vehicle from him. He then worked with his boss and came back with an offer well above what I told him. He then had me wright the number on the deal sheet, which I did, he went back to the manager and still came back with an offer higher than II told them I needed. I became annoyed at the interaction and got up to leave, only then did the manager match the offer. It was a waist of everyone's time. The second issue was that no one reviewed the new vehicle with us. How do you set up our phones, how do all the options work, etc. In fact even the clock was not set correctly and it took me some time to adjust it. I shouldn't have to do that on a brand ne vehicle.

It was my first time here at Infinity, and I was a little confused on where to go exactly but once I figured it out and got everything squared away it was good. The service was great, the waiting area was clean, as well as the complementary items. I also liked the method in which service items and service request are sent to the customer.

My service advisor was Brent Tatum and he is excellent. He took the time to talk to my wife and I as people and not just a number or car. He explained our service and even reminded us of a complimentary service available to us. He also took the time to explain the recommended additional services to us. In the end, he walked us to our vehicle and made sure we had no questions. Brent is the true definition of what customer service should be, and represents Infiniti Of Tampa very well. We were very pleased with our experience.

Austin provided excellent customer service and made sure I was happy and taken care of. My car was going to take longer than I had planned so right away he got me a car service to take me home and then back to the dealership. It was also pouring rain that day and when my car was ready he went outside and backed my car into the service garage so I wouldn’t get soaked - great guy!
