Great experience. No pressure. Met with a laid back salesman,’Coop’. I told him I wasn’t sure what I was wanting. I wanted to look at the QX60 and was going to try some other brands of autos.He showed me what I needed to see. He wanted to know if he should work some numbers. I said I wasn’t ready. I called back the next day letting him know I was impressed with the QX60 and let’s get together. He crunched some numbers gave me good trade-in. I recommend knowing what your trade-in value is or getting a quote from an outside source so they will be able to compete with it.The staff that assisted from the mgr to the finance dept.were very informative and had a no pressure attitude.
