It couldn't have been easier ... dropped my car off and a Lyft driver was there in minutes to pick me up. And sending a Lyft driver to come get me when the car was ready was super convenient. I really appreciate that service. Eddie Perez was terrific as usual in getting the car in and out as quick as possible and applying discounts to the job.

My service advisor is great - Austin S is always professional courtesy and is very knowledgeable. The service department as a whole as lost its touch though in my opinion. I have been coming there since 2012 every 4000 miles and have watched in the recent years it lose it's "it factor". This has NO reflection on Austin though. Because of him I will continue to come there. I used to say I drove to Tampa from Sarasota always because the Infiniti in Sarasota did not make a customer feel good about their experience. The drive to Tampa made was worth it because Tampa did. Can't really say that any more.
