I brought my vehicle in for a seat heater replacement. From the time of check in until pick up, Eddie went above and beyond to ensure that not only the repair was done well, but he communicated the status throughout. He also was able to provide me a rental due to the length of time that the repair was projected to take. The rental was clean and ready when I presented at the dealership for my appointment. Eddie provides excellent customer service!

I don’t really remember my sales person’s name. He may have told me, but I didn’t really talk with him as much as I talked with Anthony the finance manager. Anthony really went above and beyond for me. I had hoped for a lower car payment than I left with but I was able to save some money. Anthony is really good at reading people I believe and I think that he is good at listening.

Mr. Juan Santana understands customer service and his job. He’s thorough and answers all questions. From checkin to follow-up he does not miss a thing . We look forward to our service visits with him .
