My experience at Infiniti has always been good, but this last time was great. My car needed the transmission valve box replaced and the part was not available to be replaced. Jessie Álvarez took care of everything for me. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and found me a loan vehicle fairly quickly. When your vehicle breaks down it is always a relief to find someone like Jessie willing to help you. And he does it honestly and with a smile on his face. I hope to keep working with Jessie in my future service appointments.
