Very professional service advisor Austin Suarez.I only had an issue with Infiniti of Tampa not wanting to remove a tracking device from my QX60 due to some ‘legal aspect’. Since I am the owner, this does not seem logical.

I heard an unfamiliar sound coming from my car, I contacted my Service Advisor, Michael English, and he arranged an appointment. When I arrive, Mr. English arranged for the Service Manager, to drive with me to determine what the issue was, and he also physically inspected my vehicle. He found the issue, my Advisor informed me of the repairs recommended and I approved the work to be done. A part was ordered and arrived the next day. I was very appreciative that I got an appointment so soon, that the issue was identified quickly, and that the customer experience was a positive one because of the caliber of individuals I encountered.

New tires and alignment, check tire light was off and came on 10 min after I left.
