I had an outstanding experience at INFINITI of Tampa. Sales manager Julian was very professional and coordinated for me to see Coop (salesperson) who really set time aside to show me the car I was interested in. They gave me a reasonable offer for my car and were very accommodating with my purchase being very transparent with the "out-the-door" price during the entire process. To finish the title paperwork and final payment, I worked with Daniel who was stellar. Julian, Coop, and Daniel made for it to be a pleasant experience - professional and transparent guys unlike any other dealership I had come across in the Tampa Bay area. I highly recommend this place for your next car purchase.

I brought the car in for an oil change.. The service tech, Brent, was professional, polite and friendly.. he provided excellent and timely service, and explained any recommended maintenance to me with no high pressure sales tactic.

The Service Department Associate was courteous in listening to my concerns about my QX60 Sensory AC once again, for the 4th time I came back for it to be fixed. I asked for the Service Dept. Manager-out to lunch. I went into the showroom for inquire about the price of my car on a trade-in. The Showroom Manager was kind, courteous and was interested in my reason to sell back my car after owning it only 1 year and 3 months. I saw a car on the showroom floor that I like very much and was given a good deal all the way around. Many thanks goes out to Joshua Wilson, salesman, for all his help and patience while the deal was worked out for my old car and my new one.

We are visiting from NJ…the engine light come on and was solid.Austin was are advisor and was very helpful.Unfortunately the car needs a FP sensor that is on back order.
