I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Infiniti QX30 from Infiniti of Tampa, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I was first greeted by Brian Rios, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and understanding, as I was inspecting and test driving the car.Once I decided on the QX30, Brian helped me through the entire buying process, from financing to paperwork. He was always available to answer my questions and make sure that I was comfortable with everything. I also appreciated that he was upfront about all of the fees and didn't try to hide anything from me.I was also very impressed with the overall customer service at Infiniti of Tampa. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and they made sure that I was taken care of from start to finish. They delivered my car two hours away in Sanford, no charge!Overall, I had a wonderful experience buying my car from Infiniti of Tampa. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Infiniti.

My time with the Sales Exec, Josh Wilson was very good. He listened to my needs in a vehicle and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made buying a new car a not so painful.However, my time with your Finance person was disappointing. By the time I left the financing office I was put off with all the "pushiness" of Finance trying to add "extra" packages to my monthly costs. He rushed through things, and when I first arrived he was trying to finance me with 72 months worth of payments. Not what I was planning at all and the fact he didn't ask me what I wanted, really bothered me. And he NEVER went over the final numbers in detail. In fact, when I got home, I took a look at the financing breakdown on the loan papers and I believe I paid approximately an additional amount of $2,000 - $3000 OVER what we agreed to on the offer paperwork. I reached out to Josh about getting a copy of the offer sheet that myself, Josh, and the Sales Manager signed before finalizing everything and he stated he could not assist me and that everything was turned over to financing. I find this to be unacceptable behavior for Tampa Infiniti. I also find having Finance push and sell a person this "protective coating" for your car and lying about what you really were buying - car soap - is WRONG. I can't believe I fell for such BS.
