Outstanding as usual.

Everyone at the dealership was nice and very helpful, especially Willie Mieles, my only complaint is that I was showed and test drove a QX80 Autograph that had weather tech floor mat covers and a box in the back and mine did not have these items in it.

Service Rep knowledgeable and very customer focus.

My experience with Infiniti of Tampa was by far the best experience I have had at a dealer. I have been looking for a car for my wife for over a month and the experience was so smooth and easy. Diego (Internet Sales Manager) and Jose Perez were awesome and helpful along the way. They were never pushy and answered the millions of questions I had without hesitation or showing any frustration. I had a choice between a Palisade and the Infiniti and Jose and Diego went above and beyond to bring me the exact Palisade trim I was looking at from another dealer so that I can compare in person between that car and the QX60. If that doesn’t scream amazing service, then I don’t know what will. I have worked in banking all my life and have worked closely with consumers and dealers before and it can be a terrible experience. My wife and I never experienced that. I will send all business their way and will definitely look to purchase our cars from Inifiniti of Tampa in the future as long as these guys are there. Excellent work!
