It was a bit of a wait that I don’t think was necessary. They could have got me in and out if they wanted to. What I came for was something simple probably wouldn’t have even taken 5 minute. But I still had to wait 1 1/2 to 2hrs. Other than that Jessie is great even though he wasn’t my advisor. He went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of & because of him I will be back.

Bought our second Infiniti at Infiniti of Tampa. Our salesman was Carlos Lima (both times) and he is the best. He is friendly, very competent and personable. He went above and beyond and was able to give us a great deal. We will definitely buy another Infiniti from him.
