The sales people were excellent

A couple of points.I called several times before someone picked up the phone. Receptionist should pick up after 2 maybe 3 rings.I told my sales and finance person I was transferring my Verteran GA plate. Yesterday I received a new license plate. Now I have to go to the DMV and get this corrected. Waste of my time and fuel.
