I came in for an oil change on the wrong day and was accommodated without any hesitation from my service advisor Robert Llanos, a very friendly and obviously caring employee. I really felt valued as it would have been easy to tell me there were no appointments available and that it was my fault for missing the scheduled appointment. Above and beyond customer service.
