The routine service to 2 hrs, 40 min which is way too long. The onlt saving grace was my service tech made every effort to explain what was going on and what to expect. BJ was most courteous and informative and most certianly helped alleviate my angst.

Although the service technicians were extremely busy, they still managed to be kind, professional, and service my car in a very timely manner. Brent T was the representative who assisted me, he is very kind and a great asset.

To be honest, I was looking at other dealerships in the area. Infiniti wasn’t even a choice. However, after being ignored at several other “high end” dealerships. I stopped in just to see inventory. Everyone was friendly and kind. Process was a breeze. Pleased so far
