I was treated well. Staff was professional and accommodating. Most of the details were handled over the phone. When we arrived the tax was not included in the monthly price quote. I told them the numbers were the primary reason we choose Infinity. Style and quality were next. They made it right and adjusted the deal. I did not have the same experience with BMW Wesley Chapel. They also made a mistake with the deal. The sales manager did not want to make it right in anyway. Horrible customer service.
