Luis was very honest and open, and they were willing to work with my schedule since I live over an hour away.

I arrived at my appointment time and was checked in immediately. I could see from the waiting area that my car was brought in right away and a mechanic started working on it. They completed the work quickly and I was back in my car.

I have been coming to Infiniti of Tampa since I purchased my car in 2013. All my service, repair and maintenance work has been done here. This time I had to start with a new advisor, Austin. Worried at first, but Austin was fantastic and was the professional I was hoping for. I will always ask for Austin coming back there for all my future service and maintenance needs. I drive 1 1/2 hours one way to come to this Infiniti when there is another 15 minutes from my house, but the courtesy and professionalism of the staff is worth the drive every time.

My Sales Rep Eddie Diaz, is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel like he has my best interest at heart. Has kept me coming back to the dealership for years.

Excellent customer service! Stopped by to just look and the salesperson understood this and was not pushing anything. The salesman and manager were so friendly and really wanted my business just asked if they could give me numbers. Okay so I left with a QX80 sensory. This says a lot of you knew me:-)
