Chris Ramirez was great! Initially, we were just looking, with no intention of buying that night. We also stopped to inquire about a Range Rover that was on the lot and really knew nothing about the QX60, nor did we think we wanted and Infiniti. Chris changed that.Chris wasn’t too pushy, he was knowledgeable, was able to connect with us, and ultimately gave us a good feeling about the overall experience. He was also able to ease the tension once we decided to proceed with the purchase; giving us that reassured feeling we were making the right choice and getting a good deal at the same time.It’s only been a week, but we love our new car and would highly recommend, and seek out, Chris for the next car purchase!
