My experience was amazing. BJ explained to me how my maintenance warranty works and he even printed out a document with the details for my reference so that I know when to come back for my next oil change. Josue in the service department actually showed me what was causing my Apple CarPlay was not working properly and he fixed it for me. The snacks in the break room were delicious. The coffee machine was down, but a nice lady who works there in the office next to the service department came to fix it. I am convinced now that the Tampa Infiniti dealership is the best that I have experienced within the last year!
