My consultant (Brent) was excellent: informative, knowledgeable and understood my needs. The facilities are comfortable, although they could probably offer more complimentary than one free coffee. It was a bonus for Infiniti to arrange my shuttle to and from.

I came in for my first oil change since purchasing my vehicle and I was very impressed with the customer service. I was kept up to date with each step which is helpful when you have to sit for a couple hours.
