My service advisor was great but the amount infiniti charged me for labor on front and rear break pads was ridiculous.

I thought I had submitted this before but ... this was my first visit to the Infiniti service dept. I enjoyed working with Eddie; I will be calling him whenever I return. I liked that there are several spaces for you to relax while waiting for your car. And speaking of waiting for car, my only con was that it was all day to get my vehicle serviced (11 a.m. - 4 p.m.). But at least I was provided transportation home while I waited.

I received excellent customer service from INFINITI of Tampa. Mr. C. Lima, the sales consultant, was able to find the exact car I wanted with the specific options I requested. The sales process ran smoothly and was consistent with good customer service practices. I appreciated the follow up call from Mr. Lima. He asked if I had any other questions or concerns and he also asked how I was enjoying my new car. He invited me to call, text him or even stop by the dealership if I had any issues or questions about the car. He is very personable. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
