I had amazing service with Josh my service advisor. He kept me up to date with what was going on and went above and beyond. What I am not thrilled with is my car and all of the issues I have had with it. This is not my first Infiniti and expect more from a car barely over 4 years old that has gotten all necessary routine maintenance. The issues have been staggering and it makes me question the reliability of an Infiniti for future purchases.
