Eddie the service advisor was very professsional and helpful. and took care of the car issue. went to see the finance manager in regards to extend my warranty on my 2009 G37 convertible as is due in August. he stated that my care was unable to be covered and did not offer any suggestions when i asked him. I had my first service on my Infinity QX50 and the experience was great! I arrived early for my appt and they checked me right in and I received a text message that gave me the service tech's contact information and said they would update me as the service went thru and they did text me for each stage of the service. I had a recall which they also updated and had me in and out in approximately an hour. They had a nice coffee bar area and I could see my car as they were servicing it. Excellent experience!!!

On a positive note, I stopped by to check out the inventory and potentially test drive a car, as I had not fully prepared to commit, but walked out in a brand new QX55 I had been scoping for a while. Carlos was amazing to work with. He answered all my questions and provided excellent service, going the extra mile even during a stressful situation. I cannot give 5 stars because the car was taken right from under me while in the middle of the deal by another agent. Again, Carlos stepped up to advocate, but this did not reflect well on the team. Also, I made a decision fairly quickly after driving the car but spent about 5 hours of my day at the dealership going through the process. There has to be a more efficient way to do business. This completely threw off the rest of my day. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Overall it was the smoothest experience I’ve had in a dealership. Can’t get over how great our salesman was also.
