The visit was fine. But, we shouldn't have had to complain to get bogus fees removed from the price agreed upon when we first leased the car.

I had an appointment for 11 AM; the car I had just purchased 4 days earlier and there was a minor issue with the bumper that required service. We expected it would be a while before we got the call but they were expeditious in attending to our request. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Quick, professional, courteous service from Ethan Clark. This dealership is really on top of stuff! From the purchase to the service, I haven't experienced a single thing to complain about - and I would say that is RARE. Excellent Service indeed.
