I have no complaints against the individuals I dealt with, they were courteous and helpful to the extent they could be.I am surprised and disappointed, however, that the nagging engine misfire issue, now brought up for my last three service appointments, continues unresolved, it’s cause seemingly beyond the diagnostic capabilities of the service department. The engine began misfiring even as I pulled out of the dealership. I didn’t return because it seemed to be of no use. I may try to have the issue resolved by a different service organization.

I brought my Q50 in for a brake job and oil change last week. I noticed on Monday when I started my car the change oil light came on. I called and spoke with Eddie who is my service advisor. He told me to bring it back in and he would have them check it. I wasn't happy because I live in Wesley Chapel and it's an hour and 20 round trip, plus my time. I brought it back in today, Friday and Eddie personally walked back to make sure the oil and filter were indeed changed as well as reset the oil gage. He had my car washed and filled up with gas as well. Although I wasn't happy about having to come back in, Eddie made up for the inconvenience and I truly appreciate. Thanks Eddie!

Both Vladimir and Carlos were EXCELLENT! They we're very accommodating and helpful, especially since we got there so late on New Year's Eve. It was a last-minute decision on our part to go looking at cars, but they made it very easy for us!

I came in for an oil change. I texted Steve a few days before and he gave me the best time for an appointment to avoid me having to wait a long time in the waiting room.
