One of the best purchase experiences of my life. Mariam, my sales adviser, was professional and knowledgeable from initial phone call to the handoff to Julian the sales manager. I got a great QX80 at a very fair price. Working with Maurice to finalize the sale and title transfer was a conversation about what would work best for me. We were working with a Certified Preowned that had a significant warrantee and the included first year service/maintenance. We discussed future warrantee needs with a technological vehicle. He gave me time to think over their extended warrantee offers and I chose the option that best suits my needs. I had noticed a couple of concerns once I hit the interstate and got to high speeds. INFINITI customer satisfaction contacted me within an hour of tacking delivery to make sure I was happy. I let me know I had a couple of issues and they connected me with Julian, and he made arrangements to take care of them immediately. They had to order an expensive replacement part and swapped it out at my convenience. Rick from the service department and Julian bent over backwards to get me a loaner. There is a huge car shortage right now, but they got me another QX80 to use for the time of my repair. I would highly recommend INFINITI of Tampa for sales, service, and just all-around nice people.
