Great customer service

Everybody in the service department is courteous, professional and helpful. Repair work is always top-notch. I don't bring my FX35 anywhere else. The loaner car program is a life saver!

I don’t understand why they make me sign a form for the loaner agreeing not to smoke in the vehicle but I was given a loaner with horrible strong cigarette smell. When I informed them and was given another loaner with strong odor from smoke. I now must put up with this for at least 3 days while my repair is done. Service manager is very nice and professional but something needs to be done about the smell of loaners.

Service tech was fast and efficient. He was knowledgeable and provided timely and correct information.
