Went to get my QX80 serviced and tires looked at and my service advisor Steve Riley was nothing short of being very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, kind and always has a smile on his face and wants to help in everyway possible. I know each time I go into the dealership and service center I will get top notch treatment from everyone. Steve always keeps me updated on what is going on and how things are looking and keeping me well informed. He makes me feel like a true part of the Infinity family and there to make sure taken care of. Steve always goes above and beyond what someone should do. I always walk out of there feeling safer with my vehicle. It's the first service center of a dealership that I know that I will get the best service and treatment and HONEST and TRUE options.
