They completed everything, gave me details about the work and costs, plus info about a tire tread wear issue and a fix if I wanted (did not push or coax), had a loaner car ready for me. And when the work was done at 4:30 pm and I live 15 miles away and didn't want to drive in rush hour traffic to pick it up, said "sure, come by tomorrow if you want". I went the next day at 11, which was perfect.
