Speaking with him on the phone to schedule my service appointment and in person, he is always welcoming and friendly. He restates the needs during the service appointment and shares the expected time to wait during the service. He explains what the service covered and pricing if needed and what to expect in the near future service appointments, for example, new tire installation.
