It was my first time having my 2018 Infiniti serviced at Infiniti of Tampa. While I was having my vehicle serviced I was walking around the showroom and was approached by Coop. Coop and I started having a conversation and at end of our conversation I left Infiniti of Tampa in a new 2021 Infiniti. From my arrival at the service department to my departure in my new Infiniti the customer service I experienced was above and beyond what I have received at other dealerships.
