When I arrived and pulled in, I was got out of my morning with a cheery good morning. This was not acknowledged and I was simply asked my name. As I went in to sit in the waiting room, the other servicemen that were sitting there never looked up or acknowledged me in any way. This is not how I recall Infiniti when I first started doing business with you. I am not a needy person, but a little friendliness goes a long way!
