Request for authorization for work needed was sent via email (to my husband, whose email is on file) instead of talking to me. I was sitting in customer waiting room.

I received great service all around during this visit. My service rep was great, he communicated and provided updates in a timely manner. I was considering getting rid of my car because of the way it was driving but after getting it serviced it now rides like a brand new car!
