Everything went fine at my last service appointment. The only thing that could be improved was the time it took for an oil change and tire rotation. It was over 2 and a half hours from when I got there and that seemed a little long for what I was having done. Also Infiniti emails me coupons for oil changes and they are not applicable for my vehicle. They are for synthetic blend when all their cars use full synthetic oil. Seems like a way to get you in there and then they say “oh sorry that doesn’t apply.”

Advisor met me at check in and kept me informed of the repairs - timely visit
