Buying experience was seamless. Victor Price was pleasant and straightforward about the transaction. No attempt to up sell, no attempt to ask "What do you want your monthly payment to be", etc. After I took delivery, I identified damage to a tire and rim. I communicated with Victor about the problem and he made it right; no questions asked. I live in Orlando but drove to Tampa to purchase my vehicle. I would make that drive from Orlando again to work with Infiniti of Tampa and Victor.

My experience was great, the waiting area is clean and you can see into the garage the entire time. They also provide one free beverage at the coffee bar.

Great service all around from sales and finance team, but never met the sales manager or received a thank you for your business from management. First time in my car buying experience that I never heard from, or met someone of that position when purchasing from a new car dealership. Maybe that’s a good thing moving forward, ha-ha.
