Carlos was wonderful and he actually cared about his clients. I felt welcomed and I did not feel rushed into buying something without the facts. Carlos assisted with all my questions and the questions he couldn't answer he went to ask his superiors and came back with an answer right away. I was very impressed by his customer service skills and I will recommend him to my family and friends.
