Sales associates should be more aware of the current online specials and incentives being offered. Other than having to pull up the specials on my phone, it was a great experience.

I recently had to get a new car quickly and Manny, the sales representative, was excellent. He was very professional and worked with me and my budget to find me the perfect car. I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Infiniti of Tampa and the sales representative, Manny. Our sales representative was very responsive to my vehicle request. The vehicle was detailed and ready for a test drive the moment I arrived on the lot. Everyone from sales to finance were easy to work with. The only issue was the lack of communication with whom ever received mail and the finance team when my bank sent the settlement draft.

My service tech is always great. They were able to address the issue of the tire in the nail quickly. Unfortunately the mechanic forgot to put back on the plugs. No big deal. Again, Steve is awesome.
