Basic oil change for QX50. No issues. Service suggested to change engine air filters, I looked at the filters and they appeared to be in new condition. The service advisor (Jess) was very understanding when I opted not to change out the suggested air filters. No pressure. THANKS

I live in Sarasota and drive to Infiniti of Tampa (just over an hour drive) for all services for my Infiniti JX35 (and my other Infiniti car), including oil changes. Their service, professionalism, and knowledge are top notch. I have never once felt "do I really need this done". They are prompt and always have a car waiting for me to use so I can continue my busy day while the car is serviced. If I decide to wait for my car, their lounge area is extremely nice and clean and has WIFI so I can work. My service consultant, Micky, is #1! Ask for him when you go.
