I always have a great experience when I have service done to my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This last go around Jess has been very helpful and did everything he could to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Keep up the Good Work!

Great experience with Mickey as usual. The only thing I don't like is that the others sitting behind the service desk never greet you or ask if you need help. They try not to even look at you, just let you stand there until YOU ask for help. That's the only thing that's bothered me since I bought my car a year ago.

I love the Infiniti dealership. I was disappointed when I was told that that I would need 4 new tires on my next visit, knowing that I had 2 of my tires that had been replaced, in the last 6 months. Makes you feel like all of the rumors of servicing your car at the dealership are true...
