My Service adviser was phenomenal. He contacted me right away provided me with a contactell phone number and answered every question that I had pertaining to the repair of my vehicle. Mr. Misael was very professional and personable, he made me feel like my satisfaction was important to him.

When I was assigned Matt Chin as my service consultant, I feel like I was also being given a personal concierge who had as much interest in maintaining my car to the best of its ability as I do. Unlike the dentist, I look forward to my maintenance visits because I love to get awesome service from Matt.

My experience was excellent at Tampa of Infiniti. 1). Initial contact of my inquiry was quick and thorough by Carlos. He was not pushy and provided me with the details of the car of interest. 2). Visit at the dealership to view and inspect the car; Carlos was very accommodating and the appointment was per my schedule. 3). Price negotiation was not painful. Carlos brought Bret in who was willing to negotiate a fair market price. 4). Delivery was a very good experience. The car was fully detailed to my request and the sale process was quick and painless. Nice work by the team at Infiniti of Tampa!
