I was leaving for a trip to Boston and planned to drop off my car and have it serviced the next day. I had concern that I needed a new battery. Mickey looked at my records and saw that I could wait until my return. He had someone look at my car and I did need a battery. This was at the end of the day, but he got the battery replaced and I was out of there in no time. I am really grateful for the personal attention I receive each time I come in for service. Thanks to Mickey and your entire staff.

The available of cars was okay, but the condition of them wasn’t the best it could have been. They were dirty from the previous person use and the gas tanks were almost empty.

after only experiencing service from BMW the past 20 years, I was a little leery going in for my first service at Infinity, but the advisor Steve Riley took care of all my requests and was able to obtain body damage estimate as well, keeping me from having to go to the autobody shop down the road. Easy process in and out. Thanks!
