I initially scheduled my appointment on line and realized that I had made two major mistakes...the day I wanted and the time I needed! I called and was able to get in that day! It’s nice to be able to do things on line...however it is GREAT to have human interaction! My service tech was awesome! Mr. Torres

Even routine service is a pleasant experience with a comfortable waiting area and the vehicle coming back all shined up and ready to go!

I did not directly deal with the dealership but my vehicle was transferred from Infiniti. The truck was very detailed and clean when arrived but the website said it had heated seats and Bluetooth but there is no heated seats & the Bluetooth is not working. There is also a recall that I was told had to be done through Toyota but from my understanding recalls are suppose to be taken care before selling the vehicle. Overall I am in love with my new vehicle but wish they took a little more time inspecting it prior to selling it.
