Purchasing a used vehicle was awesome and pleasant. The after sales is not something I’ve expected . I’m still waiting for the spare key that was promised when I purchased the vehicle . The My infiniti app they said in which I can control my vehicle I think it’s only a trial period for 3 months and after that I think I have to pay for the subscription which is not what was conveyed me when I purchased the vehicle ( Sales person said it’s standard feature of the vehicle ). Lastly , the renewal registration took longer than I expected.
