I sent an inquiry to the service manager but didn’t receive a response. After leaving the dealership, I checked the email invoice that was sent to me while I was at the service center. It said my oil change was $38.06+tax. I had a coupon for the same service for $119+tax, why would my advisor charge me the higher rate without informing me what the invoice said.Other than that, I have no issues with Infiniti of Tampa.
