I have the privilege of rating my experience with Infiniti of Tampa for a 2nd time. I purchased a 2024 Qx50 with Todd Flournoy in May of 2024. This past September, I had an unfortunate situation during a storm and was caught in a flash flood which totaled my vehicle. I was devastated but had the opportunity to work with Todd and his manager Anthony again. My experience with them went even better than my first. Todd and Anthony were extremely compassionate to my situation and worked with me to find a solution and I could not be more appreciative. They may have made me into a forever Tampa Infiniti customer, but hope to see them again in 10 years instead of 4 months 🙂
