My battery died in my 2021 Infiniti QX 50 the morning after the storm. Needless to say the timing of this couldn't have been worse since everyone was dealing with car issues after the Hurricane. I spoke with a Service Rep at Infiniti Tampa Bay who said the problem seems to be my battery and the cost of the battery is covered under my Warranty. I tried calling AAA and Infiniti Roadside Assistance but both companies said they were not making any reservations that day unless your car was in a dangerous place. Mine was in my garage so I had to wait. Infiniti said it would probably be Monday before they could look at my car since it didn't look like it would be delivered until late Sat. or Monday morning. This would have been a great imposition to me. Thankfully AAA came at 10pm Friday night and drove the car there to the service parking lot. I spoke with Austin who has helped me in the past and he was very communicative and had my car ready by 1pm that day. He really saved the day since I was trying to get to family whose waterfront home was destroyed by the storm. I appreciated his phone calls keeping me informed and the quick manner this was resolved. Kudos to Austin and the Service Department at Infiniti of Tampa.

I purchased a 2024 QX50 from Todd Flournoy in May 2024. I went through an unfortunate situation where my brand new vehicle was totaled from a flash flood on the roads. I was devastated and came to Todd and his manager, Anthony to ask if we could work together to find a new vehicle. They really came through for me and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I always have the best experiences with Infiniti, and this time was no different. From the moment I called about my car issues Eddie was incredibly helpful and attentive. He made sure that everything went smoothly and kept me updated with everything that was going on. My car was ready fast, and the entire process was seamless. Eddie ALWAYS goes above and beyond, making every time I need service a good experience. When it is time I will be getting another Infiniti specifically because of the trust I have in Eddie. Also, Infiniti of Tampa has the best coffee.

The experience was excellent. Austin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and helped address all of our concerns with our vehicle.
