Quick service with oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment

My Service Rep (Eddie) was very conscientious, thoroughly explained the issue with my vehicle (including the video of the problem), and informative regarding potential cause and repair. Also, he said there was a chance that after repair, an additional (expensive) repair may be needed - wouldn't know until they did repair #1 and drove the vehicle. He took care of repair #1 quickly and kept me informed and then contacted me to tell me that the additional repair was not essential at this time, but to "keep an eye out" for any indicator lights in the future that may indicate a problem. I was expecting the opposite reply. He was honest about other repairs that I "should consider in the somewhat near term." Overall, good experience.

I always enjoy bringing. my car in for service. Everyone is so nice and Mike is the best!

We had an overall good experience. I just wish the sales people were more prompt about returning phone calls from their customers.
