My car was repaired in a timely manner as promised. I didn’t have any issues getting to and from the dealership without having access to my vehicle. The snacks are great. My service advisor BJ was knowledgeable and pleasant for two times in a row! They cleaned my car and shined my tires! So far I am very pleased with this dealership!

I am so impressed with your service staff especially Robert (BJ). He has been my service advisor for 2 years and has never steered me wrong and has helped me flawlessly. I live in Pinellas, but the service at your store is the best because of him so we make the trip.

Anton was very knowledgable about the products Infinite offers. Andres and Brian in F&I made the process go smoothly. Both were also very knowledgable about the paperwork you have to sign.

Jessie Alvarez was my service representative and I am so glad he was. This was my very first experience with having my first Infiniti due for a service. Although there was an unexpected issue with a small leak in the radiator hose, Jesse made sure that I was constantly updated and was on top of taking care of the problem. I was issued the loaner car that I had requested simply due to having to still work while my car was being worked on, but Jesse wasted no time in telling me to keep the loaner an extra day while the service department waited for the part to come in to complete the job. To be honest, it's an absolute miracle that I even leased an Infiniti after the comedy of errors that occurred with the sales department, but at least now I know to purchase or lease my next Infiniti elsewhere and will always return to Jesse and the rest of the service department at Tampa Infiniti. Absolutely terrific service from the moment I pulled up until the moment I left. Thank you very much for not making me completely dread having to get my car serviced again in the future. - Karen Brown
