My service rep displays great customer service. Explains my suggested service in lay.ans terms.

Computer software issues caused a delay in the closing process. Received my sticker the day before tags expired. Had to resign and send back documents.

Everything was good but you do need to get nitrogen installed in the service center since you sell cars with nitrogen but you can't service them. It is very ridiculous.

I initially visited the store to test drive a used vehicle that I had seen on the website. I grabbed the first person that I saw standing in front of the building. Alexander Rosario escorted me through the building and showed me the lounge, service department, the ladies room and the snack location. She called me to test drive one of the vehicles while educating me on the car’s features. Dario came into the room to assist Alexander with the sale. He was kind and courteous and just an all around nice guy. I advised him that I would return the following day with my daughter.When I returned the following day with my daughter Alex was not present however the receptionist called Diego. Diego was extremely helpful in trying to help me get the best deal possible. He introduced me to a senior salesman, Mr Christopher Coopridger.. It was clear hat he has been in the business for some time because he was able to answer all of my questions without missing a beat. He I was the best person that I could have been placed with because he is extremely knowledgeable about the product. Chris is the reason I decided to get a new vehicle. I would also like to mention the two Brian’s. You have a fantastic crew. Thank you.
