This is a very unusual interaction to rate and score because it happened in the middle of the CDK hacking incident, which led to several atypical scenarios throughout the process. The guys tried their best, for the most part, to make it a good client experience, but so much was outside of their control. Several lingering issues have had to be resolved resulting from glitches coming from the hacking outage. So...while I'd like to give the guys I interacted with high marks, the overall experience really wasn't what I would call ideal. Carlos was great, Brian tried the best he could to make the situation tolerable, so kudos for both on that front.

It was a very easy process! The inly thing i was disappointed about the initial vehicle i was interested in was sold, as well as the online price was not the price I expected at the sale of the vehicle.
