I had a great experience. Alex was very nice and personable. He explained all the car features during the test drive. He helped me setup the app on my phone and followed up to make sure it was working as expected. He is a very genuine person and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I was on the fence between Infiniti and Lexus and I basically bought the Infiniti because of Alex. Thanks Alex, I love the car!
