I only visited the Dealer on Wednesday of last week, to find out about my new Registration, which as of June 15, had not yet arrived. My Seller Carlos Lima, assisted me as always, very friendly and always eager to help. He looked for another temporary Lic Plate and placed it himself. I stopped to talk to the General Manager, a young man, very competent, professional and always with “a good face”, to tell him about "my bad experience with the Accounting Department the day I made my Lease", where there were calculation errors and “no What I had agreed with him was fulfilled, they overcharged me”. He listened to me and I told him: “Leave it like this, the rest is very satisfactory and mistakes happen.” I am happy with the treatment of the Manager and above all, with my Seller, it is the best thing the Infinity has!
